For participants with no dance experience. Classes at this level will introduce movement concepts at a slow and encouraging pace.
Classes at the beginner level are for students with little or no dance experience. These classes will introduce movement concepts at a slow and encouraging pace.
These classes are for students with at least one to two years experience at a beginner level. Classes will be taught at a slightly faster pace than beginner level classes with an emphasis placed on co-ordination, increased speed of instruction, and complexity of movement.
This level is good for dancers with a solid understanding of movement and dance terminology and execution. Two (or more) years of experience at the beginner plus level is recommended. The pace of an intermediate class is steady and fast but still of the concepts within the dance style.
These classes are good for dancers who have at least two years experience dancing at an intermediate level.
For dancers with at least six years of experience that are working with solid technique and understanding of execution in the dance style.
The average skill level of participants will determine the level of class. It is recommended that students have some movement experience.
