Join Jamie Freeman Cormack (DJD PTP Founding Director & Company Alumni) for a 6 week Pilates class. Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, developing a strong core or centre, and improving coordination and balance. This class will guide participants through the fundamentals of mat exercises but more advanced options will be given as strength and coordination increase. All levels welcome.

May 7-June 18


Lead by our fantastic drumming ensemble leader Trudy Hipwell. This class is an introduction to the techniques and rhythms of West African drumming. Participants will need to bring a djembe. Drum rentals are available through Long and McQuade Music, or through Djembe Nut Drumming
