Dancing Parkinson’s YYC
A partnership of Decidedly Jazz Danceworks (DJD), Calgary Parkinson’s Research Initiative (CaPRI), Rozsa Foundation and the University of Calgary’s Faculty of Kinesiology and the Hotchkiss Brain Institute.
Launched in 2013 as a pilot project, Dancing Parkinson’s YYC provides dance classes to people with Parkinson disease, and their spouses/ friends/ care partners. It is based on the simple belief that DANCING IS GOOD FOR US.
